Randel Aleman
Randy@cavelakescanyon.com
Randel William
Aleman owner and founder of The Encore Group, was born
January 9, 1960 at Lake forest Hospital in Chicago
Illinois. In 1964, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada
with his mother and two siblings. Randel attended Rex
Bell Elementary, Cashman Junior High School and won a
Nevada State wrestling championship before graduating
from Clark High School in 1978.
Randel accepted a wrestling scholarship to wrestle
for UNLV; an injury and lack of financial support forced him to give up
college and join the work force. Randel worked many odd jobs in the
construction field before finding his true passion in Real Estate.
In 1983 with the support of
his father Norbert Aleman and advice of his father's
best friend George Laforge, Randel pursued a career
in real estate. In the spring of 1983 he landed a
job with Stewart Title Company as a runner where he
worked his way up to a title searcher. In 1984 he
was promoted to marketing and sales; where he
tripled the sales in his area and was offered a
position in the management training program in
Texas. While working full time at Stewart Title
Company, he attended Real Estate School and
successfully passed his real estate exam. After
considering his options he decided to forego the
offer from Stewart Title company and pursue a full
time career in Real Estate.
In 1985, he started as a
real estate sales associate with Colonial Properties
where he specialized in Residential resale primarily
HUD, VA and Bank owned properties. In 1987, he was
offered a position selling the Lakes Estates lots
under the guidance of the late Al Collins of the
Collins Brothers and West Sahara Partners; where he
eventually partnered and started The Lakes Realty
Inc.
Being born under the sign of Capricorn, Randel have
a natural love for Real Estate and the desire to
develop vacant land into successful projects. As an
Entrepreneur in 1993 he opened his own real estate
company Encore Commercial Inc.; specializing in
vacant land. In 1995 he joined forces with Brad
Nelson to form Encore Construction Inc. to develop
the real estate holdings that he owned with his
father. This company would be the contractor for
another Home building company which was formed named
Encore Homes LLC; Brad and Randel also formed Encore
Development LLC. to develop vacant land. With the
help of his partners, Brad Nelson, George Renault
and Joe Kissane, Encore Construction has built and
developed numerous projects throughout Nevada (Las
Vegas and Reno) that include single family,
multi-family, office and retail shopping centers as
well as master planned communities. He has also
purchased and is presently developing projects in
California and Southern Utah.
In 1996 Randel formed Encore
Investments LLC., this company was formed to acquire
investment properties by pooling individual
investment monies allowing him and his investors to
acquire larger land purchases.
In 1996, he associated
himself with Tiffany and Kelly Thomas who formed a
company called Encore Management Services to help
manage his properties. Since August of 1996 Tiffany
and Kelly have been tracking Encore's annual return;
which presently has an outstanding 88.89% annual
return. His investors and partners many of the
National Home Builders and people who are on the
"Who's Who list" in Southern Nevada. Since the
beginning of The Encore Commercial, Inc. formation
in 1993 Randel has bought and sold over 1 Billion
dollars in Real Estate and presently manages over
300 million in real estate properties and 200+-
LLCs.

THE ENCORE GROUP
In
the beginning of 2005 Randel predicted the Real
Estate bubble was due to burst. He felt the growth
rate and the increased property values was beyond a
healthy rate and a needed adjustment would be
forthcoming. The decision was made to liquidate as
much of their holdings as he could and move this
cash to outlying area where land was still
affordable, allowing room for the investments to
remain profitable and the developer to make a
reasonable profit. Due to perfect timing of moving
the investments we presently feel very comfortable
with our real estate holding and believe, based upon
present market conditions we are still ahead of the
curve and in this present market still remain
profitable in all of their holdings; which is a
statement not many Real Estate Investors can
presently make.
Randel is married to the
love of his life, Jeanne Marie. Randel and Jeanne
have three children, Randel Jean 22, Tayler Joy 18,
and Kolten Norbert 15. Randel's determination and
hard work in real estate was successful; which
allowed his wife to remain at home with the kids.
In addition to his love of
real estate development, Randel loves to spend time
with his family. He supports his children's love of
their sports (wrestling, football and softball).
Randel has coached his son's Randel & Kolten in
wrestling for 15 years; his oldest son was the first
wrestler in the state of Nevada to win four
individual state wrestling championships in four
different weight classes and four team titles for
the Cimarron Memorial Spartans. In addition to
coaching wrestling Randel co founded The Lil Rebels
Softball Organization which co-sponsors 75 + girls.
His daughter Tayler has won five consecutive travel
ball state championships and has signed on to play
for UNLV Rebel's on a softball scholarship. And he
looks forward to enjoying his youngest son Kolten,
high school football games In addition to family
sporting events Randel enjoys hunting, hiking,
fishing at his Ranch located in Kanab Utah and
collecting cars. He also enjoys riding his Harleys
with his father and friends across the country to
Sturgis South Dakota, Dayton Beach Florida and
Mexico.
Randel's love for life and
the enjoyment that he gets making his investors
money keeps him going. Many of his investors include
family and long time friends and thru 28 years he
has earned the trust and respect that he deserves.
Many of his investors have become some of his best
friends

Georges La Forge
Georges@cavelakescanyon.com
Georges La Forge,
also a Capricorn, is a
true artist and a man of ultimate contrasts with multiple
talents. At age 14 Georges began studies at a vocational
school for artistic wrought iron work, cabinet-making,
architectural and interior design in Nice, France
During his four years of
schooling, in which he specialized in cabinet making, he
also worked nights in a restaurant. He began as a
dishwasher and then, as a reward for his obvious interest
in cooking, was trained as apprentice cook, " commis-saucier"
and on up through the ranks. His achievement as a cabinet
maker culminated in an offer to work in one of the most
exclusive interior design houses on the French Riviera,
and his finely honed skills created furniture for such
notables as the Rothschild's and Ali Kahn. From Nice, he
traveled to Paris, where once again, the duality of his
creative energies led him to further studies in a culinary
school and, at the same time, art school courses pursuing
his natural affinity for sculpting. Two years later,
Georges bundled up his multiple talents and crossed the
seas to the U.S., with Las Vegas as his destination and a
desire to combine his diverse talents into one
multi-dimensional creative effort as his dreams.
LAS VEGAS: THE BEGINNING:
With a limited knowledge of English acting
as somewhat of an anchor, Georges began as a busboy at the
Riviera Hotel. Once again, however, Georges' natural
talent and keen level of interest shone through and caught
the eye of a French Maitre d'. Within five weeks, he was
promoted to waiter.
From
the Riviera, he went to the Dunes as a captain, and then
to Caesars Palace, where he helped open the Bacchanal.
From Caesars he went to the Desert Inn as Maitre D' in
the Monte-Carlo Room where he was voted Best Maitre D in
Las Vegas.
Constantly seeking to the best possible service for his
guests, he reorganized his crew, allowing Captains and
waiters to work as a team so they could share tips
instead of competing for it. After fighting for his
vision against the
Culinary
Union rules, he finally won their approval and his idea spread to every restaurant operation
in town.
But this came with a price for the Captains as Georges
wanted perfection from his crew concerning customer
service.
In
order to enhance their knowledge regarding
culinary art, he reorganized and directed the
Maitre D's team at the Culinary center to have all
Captains in town achieve a mandatory culinary & wine course. This lead them to
more extensive studies in food preparation, culinary
terms, sauces, extensive wine knowledge and customer
service in general..
He then went on to open MGM's (now
Bally's) exclusive Metro Club, where he hosted the
room's high rollers and eventually moved "downstairs" as
gradual ascent through the ranks continued to Casino
Host.
in order to keep him in the hotel, Kirk Kerkorian created
the position for him as a first in town, But all the while, thoughts of
beginning his own private venture were stirring in the
back of George’s mind.
BOBBY
DARIN’S DREAM
Finally, in 1976, Georges' boundless
talents came together in the
Pamplemousse Restaurant (French for "
grapefruit)," the name Pamplemousse was the idea of
longtime acquaintance and intended partner Bobby Darin. Bobby thought Pamplemousse was the most beautiful word in
the French language (it reminded him of chocolate mousse
and Champagne). Though Darin's untimely death in 1973
precluded the partnership, Georges kept the name in
tribute and memory of his friend. Standing before the
modest little tract home that was to be the site of a
"dream come true" Georges' visionary creativity began to
swirl. From beneath his talented hands and natural flair
for design, like a phoenix rising from the ash, emerged
the intimate rendezvous spot for friend and lovers alike.
Pamplemousse cajoles the senses with gentle lighting,
soft-hued decor and small, private dining nooks that add
a tone of intimacy to a superb dining experience. After 30
years Pamplemousse restaurant is still considered one of
the best French restaurants in Las Vegas.
On June 23, 2007 a 200 guests banquet was organized in
town by the Food & Beverage Administration and Georges
was honored for his achievement and for his own input in
the Las Vegas Culinary industry for the last 40 years+.
Mayor Oscar B. Goodman declared this day to be
officially George LaForge's Day.
CAVE LAKES
In addition to his talent as culinary Chef, Georges secret
passion was to be an architect As a true artist, he enjoys
nature and everything that relates to it. Rocks,
waterfalls, trees, tortuous tree trunks, wild life the
colors of Autumn, snow in Winter, sunrays filtering
through the clouds and everything that could add character
to a sculpture or a painting.
He instantly fell in Love with Cave Lakes Canyon that
features red rocks and cascades and everything he imagined
for the house of his dreams. At his first night at Cave
Lakes, unable to sleep, his creative mind went into
virtually drawing new structures in his mind that would
blend into the natural environment. At the first twilight,
he was out in the canyon to visualize his ideas and blend
them into the scenery.
He would then describe his dream house as if it really
existed, climbing stairs you could not see that would be
sculpted into the rocks as if they were natural. Looking a
particular attractive "outside" spot he would point it to
you through a window that does not yet exist but will have
to be built here for this only purpose. With a genuine
excitement in his voice, he would describe cascading
waters falling into pounds that would run through the
house. Gesturing as a Wizard in a fantasy story film, he
would create an infinity edge swimming pool that would
have the main lake and cascade in the background.
Every room is following the actual layoff already designed
by Mother Nature. His hand in constant movement he would
sculpt rounded walls and vaulted ceiling to describe it to
you as if you were there, and you would actually see it
too, sharing his visions and his dream. You would see the
sunrise from your bed and you would hear the waterfall in
the atrium as you pass the magnificent sculpted entrance
door, and when turning around you could see the house
too, perfectly blended into the decor for the pleasure of
the eyes and the comfort of your soul.
Since then Georges never stopped
inventing and remodeling Caves lakes Canyon, the real
passion of his life. To complete his dream he will only be
happy when he will be able to share it with the world in
such a way not to disturb the true feeling of this
inspiring and awesome beauty that is:
